Was privileged to be backstage as Team Manager for the SG Titans while the boys from  warm up and making sure that they are prepared. There was competitors from the region Taiwan, Hong Kong, Pakistan and Sabah. Ridiculously strong people.

Please note that the summer months in the US and Europe can be a little quirky with more people on vacation. Safari on the iPad has performed the best this month which could be explained by many of lying on sun loungers.

Singapore Strongman Classic 2014

2014 was supposed to be the year I give myself a self-imposed  break and not compete at all. But that definitely did not happen. My friend Ahmad Taufiq Muhammad gave me a call and asked me to join the inaugural the Singapore Strongman Classic.

When To Use Whey Protein

Whey Protein generally is easily digestible. Taking it alone would be absorbed by the body relatively quickly hence you should take whey protein within 30 to 60 minutes after a strength-training based workout. At all other time, you would want to slow down the digestion of the protein by eating it with other foods. For example, if you want extra protein for breakfast, but don’t want eggs, you can add the whey protein powder to some oats, in various pancake recipes.
